Social policy
Education and develompent of the staffThe company’s management takes the perfection and professional development of its staff very seriously. In Sibproekt’s budget there are funds reserved, and a special system has been elaborated, all for the opportunity to perform regular trainings, seminars and lectures with the paricipation of well-known consultants. Personal iniciative of the employees is also appreciated, and in the case of them wanting to recieve further education or a second degree, part of their expences is paid by the company. In individual cases, managers and perspective employees have the opportunity to participate in a separate development program, including Exective MBA. For those who wish to study English there are courses organized within the office.
The company posesses an effective system of motivation, including the oppotunity of career development. Delegation of credentials and responsibility gives our staff the opportunity to realize their potential and inventively approach the solutions of different tasks.
Sport
Sports are a special priority in the life of the company, many of the company’s employees have ranks in different types of sports. Ths staff members have the opportunity to attend a fitness centre and gyms for team sports, where they can keep in shape and compete with colleagues and partners. In the sports and health complex Mras-Su summer and winter spartakiads within a group of companies and fitness tours take place.
Social package
In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the employees recieve a full social package. The company regularly hosts corporate parties, and active recreation is organized.
Business structureThe introduction of the system of quality management ISO 9001:2000 allows the managers at Sibproekt fulfill the clients’ requirements, simultaneously bringing down its own and the clients’ expences and quickly reacting on the changing of tendencies in the use of refractories on Russian industrial enterprises.
