Quality management system

In February 2006 Sibproekt began developing and introducing a system of quality managenemt in accordance with the requirements of the international standart ISO 9001:2000.

The purpose of the project is the creation of an effective process-oriented system of management that gurantees a high quality of service in the end.

It is planned to realize the project in 2007, with subsequent certification and perfection of the system.

The introduction of 1С: Enterprise 8.0, DocsVision 3.6

Since January 2007 a new informational system, 1С: Enterprise 8.0 was introduced at the company. It gives the opportunity to automate the process of management and book-keeping on an enterprise, which allows to increase the speed of processing, arranging and carrying out our partners’ orders.

The company plans to introduce electronic circulation of documents on the platform of DocsVision, with the goal of achieving fuller integration in the system factory – consumer..

Also negotiations are held within the program “Electronic Russia” with OJSC “Pervouralskii dinace factory” and Bogdanovichskoe OJSC “Ogneupori” about the possible synchronization of manuals on the realized production, with the goal of putting in order the process of creating a unified nomenclature manual of fireproof production..
