Quality policy
Sibproekt’s policy concerning management quality is based on the principle of 5 interested parties:consumers, suppliers, proprietors, staff, society.
The foundation of the quality management system is ensuring the level of quality service that meets the clients’ demands.
Choosing the supplier → the algorhytm of the choice of the supplier is based on their ability to deliver production in accordance with the company’s requirements.
ÇBuying production → the organization develops and carries out the control that qurantees the correspondance of the production being bought with the standarts. Control is realized on the phase of negotiations, making of contracts, on the phase of the technological process and during the production, and also while transporting and stocking the products.
ÈMeasuring production → as a result of monitoring and measuring characteristics of the production comes the estimation of the degree of correspondance of the recieved data with the fixed standarts, and also the keeping of notes in accordance with the measures made.
Safety of production → all possible measures are taken to ensure the safety of all the characteristics of the production on all the phases of the cycle, proceeding from the requirements of the counteragents, storage conditions, transportation, loading and unloading, packaging demands, identification.
